Default Maintaince fund and the 28day rule

The maintainace money in my account will complete 28days on 2nd January, is it okay if I apply next week and book appointments on 3rd or 4th January.

Sorry, but not sure what you’re asking about. Appointments for what? Is it a visa app and if so for which country? Let us know and we can move your thread to the right place for you.

I'm applying for a tier 4 student visa UK, the maintenance fund I credited in my account will reach 28days on the 2nd January 2020......
my question is, is it possible I apply now and book my visa appointment around 3rd January 2020 giving that I'm running short on time.

You need to have held the funds for at least 28 days at the time of application, not your biometrics appointment. If you apply before 2 January then your application will be refused.

Thank you for clarifying, I've moved the thread to our UK forum.
