Retiring to Spain
yep we are going to do it, The house is on the market and the plan is to move over there and rent till we find somewhere, the costa del sol is the preferred area but it just seems to be very expensive but its early days yet! but its the part of Spain that we have been visiting for the last 10yrs so we are very comfy there.

Hi Carole, welcome to BE
That 'yep we are going to do it' sounds very determined! What an exciting move for you and it's a great idea to rent until you find the perfect place for your retirement. You can find other expats to chat with, plus heaps of information on all things Spain here Spain - British Expats
A bit of housekeeping - we ask all new BE members to please have a read of the site rules. If you run into any site related problems, please contact one of our friendly moderators. Their details are in the lower right hand corner of each index page.
Best of luck for your retirement adventure
