I m moving to portugal in Jan....not sure where yet...thats why im on here ....he he....
I need as much advice as you can give me regarding renting, best area to live. I would also like to know if there is special needs, disability provision there??? schools, healthcare facilities?? children with special needs in particular.
Also need to meet new friends when i move...
