Default Landed in Perth Aus (working holiday visa)

Hi everyone,

My partner has just landed in Aus (Perth) on a working holiday visa. So he says hello to Perth. I'm from the UK but have had my Aus citizenship forever already! We met overseas and he's come over here so we can live together long enough to start the loooong process of getting a more permanent visa.

Anyone else out there tried the same route? It would be cool to swap stories!

Thanks everyone and hi again!

CK

Hello and welcome to BE.

We have many members living in the Perth area...they usually hang out in our Australia Forums...some have moved to be with their Australian partners. Why don't you pop over there and take a look around?

Hi, and welcome to BE Lots of people have followed (and are following) the same route There's a long thread called the Spouse Visa circle which has heaps of info about getting the various types of Spouse Visa, as well as plenty of stroies scattered throughout the rest of the Aus forum

Hello and a big welcome to BE.

Excellent information can be found in the BE Wiki, not forgetting the Living and Moving Abroad forum that will help you, another set of great help is the permanent threads at the TOP of each forum, they are very pertinent to that particular forum and makes sensible reading.

Moderators deal with any problems that arise such as inappropriate posts, spammers etc, you will find their names at the bottom right hand side of each forum's index in bold font.
