Re: Just want to introduce ourselves
Hi LPC
Just to say welcome from me too.
We do have a classifieds section - but whetehr that is the right spot to advertise your website, only you will decide.
Good luck with selling your place - any idea whewre you will go to from there?
By the way, have you had a look on the France forum?

Re: Just want to introduce ourselves
Jerseygirl, thank you for pointing out rule no.9! I wasn't seeking to promote our website; sorry if my last post gave that impression. We just want to sell our house in the near future, having spent six years (yes!) restoring it. We will certainly be using the classified section (thanks for the tip, dreadsoc!). We also also hoping that a few members might have the time to review our site and offer criticisms/advice - but we don't want to promote the site in itself and it's not finished yet, anyway.
We will probably return to glorious Manche, where we lived before, but to a smaller house with less land. I have two lambs "on the bottle" this year; seven in total so far and one ewe still expecting. It's fun but we both need a rest from sheep and DIY! We are currently in the Mayenne.
So now you know almost everything about us.... Thanks once again to everyone for being so welcoming. This forum seems very welcoming to newcomers.

Re: Just want to introduce ourselves
Hi LPC
Having seen your last post, I definitely think it is worth you introducing yourself on the France forum. There are lots of folks who post on there, and you seem a chatty chap(ess), so you may enjoy getting stuck in and chatting to fellow expats. Also you may come accross some people from the place you are moving to.
Good luck with the sale and your move.
The lambs sound sooooooooooooooo cute.
