Hiya
We are currently selling up in the UK to move to the US for the next six months. The time allowed in the US by the B1/B2 visa. Looks like we will be flipping between Mexico and the US. Winter in CA and Summer in Mexico. Look forward to reading the forum

Are you retired Mick? Even though you have a B1 visa you cannot 'move' to the US for 6 months per year...you can only stay there. How you phrase that is very important when you enter the country. What are you doing for healthcare insurance during your stay?
I think it would be a good idea to open a new thread in our US Immigration Forum.

Re: Hiya
Thanks for the warm welcome. Perhaps move was indeed the wrong word I should have said stay :/ We have businesses here in the UK that fund us. We don't need to work so I suppose that does make us retired. We also own a house in desert which we will be renovating when we go back.
