Hi from the USA
Hello Everyone,
I'd like to introduce myself on this excellent site. I have been an expat for 23 years now, the first seven and half in Singapore and the rest in Delaware, USA. I'm just coming up to retirement and was searching the Web for USA/UK pension information when I found BritishExpats.com. Within a couple of days I found the information I needed, thanks to the knowledgeable replies and information on the Discussion Forum.
I also enjoyed reading some of the articles and interviews with members. It came as no surprise that we all have so much in common, such as British chocolate, baked beans, bacon, sausages and kippers which are not too easy to find in US stores.
Thanks to all the contributors.
