Hi all - sorry if this is in the wrong place.

I've been living in Serbia for around two years now, wasn't planning on anything other than experiencing life somewhere else, teaching a bit and having a bit of fun. Life happens of course, and now I have a wife, yearly renewable residency and a new baby daughter. As I was totally unprepared for any of these (lovely) things happening, I didn't register myself as an expat (wasn't sure I'd be one, or for how long etc) and I didn't change tax status etc. What I need is some sort of certification that I haven't been receiving income / am unemployed in the UK, if such a thing exists... I didn't register on the dole in the UK either, as I was leaving.

Anyway, would be great if someone could help, otherwise, nice to meet you all!

This certificate is required for some bureaucratic reason here in Serbia, and I have contacted the embassy here, just incase anyone asks
