Hi All
Hi Everyone.
We are looking at moving to Texas as a family. My wife and son are both Dual US/UK citizens and I am English.
We almost got my visa 18 months ago but with the recession we put it on hold. Hopefully I will just need the medical again and the interview.
My main concern is leaving my daughter who is 15 behind, from my first marrage. So any advice on this and Texas would be greatly appreciated.
Great site as well.
Cheers

Hi Plankton, welcome aboard.
You've got a couple of items in there that are time sensitive.. like getting your own visa restarted (there's a time limit).
Jump over to the marriage-based visa forum & you'll get lots of info!

Re: Hi All
Yes it will be hard to leave her but she will be 16 and I cannot keep putting my life on hold.
