Hi

Most people either rent an Airbnb for the time when they expect to be back, or get a letter from a relative that they can stay at their place, plus supporting evidence regarding suitability (rooms, size, ownership or landlord approval).
Note, there is no actual requirement to ever stay in the "accommodation" you listed in your visa application, just that it is, on paper, "available" for you. If there are just you and your wife, then you just need somone with a spare bedroom to help with your accommodation needs.
