Hi All
We have our hearts set on moving to canada, we have done some research online we want to ideally go to Ontario te greater Toronto region.
I am a class 1 truck driver here in GB .ive looked at various job sites and there seems to be a lot of vacancies .Any tips or info on what to do first would be greatly appreciated to help us

Hi, and welcome to BE.

The first thing to be aware of is that as a trucker, you would have no route to Permanent Residency in Ontario, so you might want to rethink your location unless you have another route to PR?

Thanks for the quick reply, not exactly sure but I was hoping after a period of working in canada I'd be eligible to apply for Permanent residency . Obviously a lot of research to be done

You would in other provinces, just not Ontario.
