Hi
we immigrated from Scotland 14 years ago my son has been studying in the US fit the last 5 years and he is back in UK and trying to get him back to Australia but resident permanent visa might take a while to process, can he apply fir a visitors visa and the return permanent resident visa at the same time ? |

I can see that you originally posted in the correct section but haven't had a reply there as yet. There is no need really for a second post, but I understand that you would like answers quickly. Unfortunately that doesn't always happen, so a bit of patience may also be required. |
