Hello y'all
Hi, I am JB.
I'm currently living in Yorkshire, with my American wife and daughter. I'm in the early stages of investigating a move to the US. I've been to the US many times, for holidays and through my work but I'm already daunted by moving the family and securing employment.
I'll have plenty of questions going forward (yes, I will search the forum first!).

Pulaski, she's from rural Louisiana but associates NOLA as home. We're nearer Leeds than Sheffield and I'm a native of Wigan, though please don't judge me by that

I presume it wasn't a personal choice, and you made amends by moving an appropriate distance to the east, so you can I make allowances for you. IIRC Jersey Girl made a similar correction eastwards, so I'd be in trouble if I didn't cut you a little slack!
