Hi

Just to introduce myself.

Martin, originally from South Bucks. Resident in Northwest Florida, near Destin, since 2007. US Citizenship in 2010. Currently Marketing Director for a major vacation rentals company - I handle the marketing for an area from South Alabama to Panama City Beach, plus two resorts in Orlando.

Married to a local girl since 2004. Also have two kids, a daughter 24, and son 20, who both live in New Zealand.

My 87 year old mother still lives in South Bucks, and still causing trouble!

Been in the Travel an Tourism industry for hundreds of years dealing with Australia, New Zealand, the Far East and USA.

I'm chair of the local chamber of commerce, and pretty well embedded in the local community.

Interests, gardening, photography, travel and building a railway in the garden - every man must have something in his life that makes no sense at all!

Excellent information can be found in the BE Wiki, not forgetting the Living and Moving Abroad forum that will help you, another set of great help is the permanent threads at the TOP of each forum, they are very pertinent to that particular forum and makes sensible reading.

Moderators deal with any problems that arise such as inappropriate posts, spammers etc, you will find their names at the bottom right hand side of each forum's index in bold font.
