Hello - looking at job opportunity in ME

Welcome to BE - I see Baked bean has already mentioned our Middle East forum where you can chat with lots of other expats living and working in the region. We also have a 'working abroad by profession section' where there is both a jobs wanted and job offers section.
If you click the 'forum index' tab on the top left corner of this page, you will come to a list of all the different forums, scroll down that list and you will find both the sections I have mentioned - just click on the title of the forum and you're in.

Excellent information can be found in the BE Wiki, not forgetting the Living and Moving Abroad forum that will help you, another set of great help is the permanent threads at the TOP of each forum, they are very pertinent to that particular forum and makes sensible reading.
Moderators deal with any problems that arise such as inappropriate posts, spammers etc, you will find their names at the bottom right hand side of each forum's index in bold font.
