I've just replied to your other thread. Please bear in mind the US is one of the most difficult countries for a Brit to move to.

I would of thought it was one of the easiest when compared to other countries.

Nope. One of the most popular, so essentially the US government can be really, really picky! Easiest for most Brits would be anywhere in the EU (for now at least!), the US is probably the toughest that I can think of.
