No, there is a limited window for editing of posts. Just add another post with updated info to the thread, or further questions

I used the quick reply function last night twice on my Manila thread, about 14-16 hours ago, but both posts are still not showing, any reason why?

Did they contain a link? If so they have been put on hold by our spam filter because you are a new member. A mod will probably approve them before too long.
