Hello everyone. I'm Tony, a teacher of O level English at a private school in Karachi, Pakistan. I am married to a Pakistani and have lived here for 28 years.

I've had quite a few difficulties living here, although the place and people are fantastic. We are hoping to move to the UK in the future.

Hi Tony, welcome to BE. :)

Given your stated intention to return to the UK you might find some value in looking at the "Moving back to the UK" (MBTTUK) forum.

If you are not already familiar with the visa requirements to bring a non-EU spouse to live in the UK you might want to look into that ahead of time, so you can organize things (job and/or investments) to meet the visa requirements.
