Hello and welcome to the forum I've split your post out to its own thread in the Welcome Inn.

I don't know the answer to your question. May I suggest that you have a look in the Moving Back to the UK section of the forum. There are sections on visas, immigration etc within that section, and possibly you may find the answer there. Or you may like to just ask the question within that section.

Welcome to BE

The first question will depend on where you and daughter were born etc.

Second question, no. She would need to move to the UK, get the equivalent of permanent residence and then after a time be eligible for UK citizenship, which once granted would be able to get a passport, but just by being married to a Brit wouldn't allow on its own.

You've just repeated what you posted in the first post, but not actually added any info necessary for anyone to answer you.

Then she is almost certainly a British citizen, you can go ahead and apply for her Brit passport.
