i like walking, oh and when iv got time i go prospecting

im planing to go America, but first im going for a holiday there, just to make shore

iv got to apply for my visa as iv been a bad boy in my younger years, nothing seriuse, DUI and a caution will that affect me getting a visa ?
oh and my friend in America has said that she will sponcer me, what form do i need cause im realy confused with all this

It's very difficult to move to the US unless you are an American or married to one...but if you read through the link Bob provided you'll get the general idea.

In light of what you've already said I suggest you post any questions you have about visa to visit the US in the US Immigration and Visas forum. You will get lot of good advice from the regulars who post in there. General questions about life in the US should be posted in the US Forum. The Trailer Park is for general chit chat.

Depends what the caution was for, but might not be a problem, it might, the DUI shouldn't be...but your friend, unless you're planning on marrying said person isn't really much use, unless able to sponsor you for a job which falls in the category already listed in the wiki.

It's terribly difficult, so good luck with your endeavours and perhaps if not able to find a permanent move, you'll be able to find something such as being a student here to give you a taste of living in the US :)
