Happy New Year! Escaping London for Lisbon in 2022
Hi everyone, hope you had a lovely festive season 
We are a young couple (EU national and UK national) moving to Lisbon from London this year, excited to learn from others that have made this change and look forward to getting to know Portugal.
If anyone has recommendations for English speaking accountants that can help us register as independent contractors in the tax system and apply for the NHR scheme please DM!

This is simply a section for introductions and not every one looks in. Post again in the dedicated Portugal forum where folks on the spot can advise, giving more details on your matrimonial situation - have you acquired the necessary visa? (for the UK national if you aren't legally bound).
