Full circle to Dubai. Almost
Hi All
Just joined this motley crew. Am moving to Dubai in May. Just in time for Ramadan! Lived there as a child in the 1970's. The expat community was a bit smaller back then and there was only one English school, that I attended and my mum worked at. Lots of good memories, including taking part in The Merchant of Venice on the fort ramparts (now the museum). Also lived in Doha, Sana'a and Hodeida and was born in Aden. So almost like coming home. Almost. Found this site very useful already and quite entertaining. Hopefully I can contribute to that. Cheers.
