British Expats - EEA FP Refusal, very frustrating 3rd time. :( Please help

Hello,

My wife and son had applied for EEA Family Permit. This is the third time and their visa application got refused. Is it because of brexit or any changes in immigration rules or new immigration rules ?:sneaky:

Please see the attached refusal image copy (1st is of my Child and 2nd one is of my Wife) and help me giving its justification or arguments against those refusal points so that I can clear those things in new application.

We have mentioned their previous two refusals in their application because when we make the online application they asked for “any previous visa application refused in 10 years” so I have mentioned their two refusals with refusal date and visa type still ECO is saying that previous refusals is not been addressed in application.:blink:

When my child was born I was in India. We made it very clear when they applied visa for the 2nd time. All the refusal points in my child app. refusals are same as of 1st refusal(when they applied 1st time and got refused) We also provided photo of three of us when my child was born.

We provided whatsapp and phone call details of our communications. We had also provide enough photograph of our wedding ceremony. There might be 100+ photos of all. For the financial support refusal point we provided Western Union Money transfer slip from both sides.

One more thing I need to know is that do we need to explain and clear all the *previous refusal point (*1st , 2nd and 3rd refusal) in the new application?

Please help me, I am facing really frustrating situation now.
