It sounds like you are trying to do things the hard way, as your chances of being able to arrange a swap, are slim. Surely it would he better to put your property on the market with a good agent, as that way you are widening your chances to all foreign buyers and not just those in the UK. Assuming you can sell ut, you are then free to choose whatever you want in the UK
