Hi from the hague!
Happy Monday! (ha!)
Hi all. My name is Aiden(26) and I have just recently moved to the hague, Netherlands, with my partner(31) and daughter (4).
T'other half is originally from here but lived in the uk for the last 10years which is where I met her and after just over 5yrs together she decided she wanted to go home, and well, ta-da! here we are
now my Dutch speaking is in the low level settings (I understand more than I admit but ssh ) and my qualifications are in the 'not worth mentioning' area so I know looking for work is going to be a big challenge (English speaking cleaning doesn't seem common atm haha), and well, stumbling across this site I thought it would be a great way to talk to other people ( than my dog or her parents (yep, living with the inlaws!) whilst I job hunt.. or rather, attempt too
we have been here since march 1st but I have visited Holland many a time over the last 5 years, but mostly south Holland area, never been north as of yet.
So Hi! I am new to forums and have no idea what to say now, so.. i'll go explore the Netherlands area and look forward to speaking to you all soon
