Buying in Tuscany
Hello to All
We are just at the beginning of our journey. We have decided to buy a property in Tuscany as a second/holiday home and need all the advice we can get. If anyone out there has any experience I would love to pick your brains. Firstly I would like to know about any good Agents that specialise in properties no more than 60 minutes drive from Pisa airport that I can register with and basically just talk to those who have done this journey before me. So a big hello and thanks to anyone who can lend an experienced hand to us!

We have an excellent Italy Forum...with lots of friendly, helpful members...I'm sure they will help answer your questions. I suggest you pop over there and take a look around...then repost your questions about Tuscany in that forum. You will get a much better response from the people who are actually living in the area.
We have a team of concierges who are assigned to various forum to help people find their way around the forums...the concierge for the Italy forum is TestaRossa.
All other problems or concerns should be addressed to a moderator. The moderator for that forum is Lorna...give her a shout if you have any problems or concerns about the Italy forum.
Please don't hesitate to shout out if you have any problems.

Re: Buying in Tuscany
The forums are usually a little quiet at weekends...especially as the weather turns warmer. You could try using the Search Forum located in the pink bar at the top of the page. Go to 'Advanced Search'...then on the left hand side choose 'Search Titles Only'...type Tuscany in the box above. Make sure you highlight the Italy forums in the large box on the right hand side. Press 'Search Now'...it should pull up all the old threads with Tuscany in the title. You can also 'Search Entire Posts' instead of 'Titles Only'.
