Planning the move to Oz...friends needed :)
Hello all
Just wanted to say a massice hello to everyone on here and really get any advice that will help me in this massive task
So..have wanted to move to Australia, Queensland for a while now and am now in the position to do so. Just me and my daughter will be going so as you can imagine no easy job for me but im willing to give it a bloomin' good go!
Any advice anyone has would be greatly appriciated, good and bad, and really Im hoping to make some good friends that we can meet over in Oz to make it a bit easier for us and create a place we can call home.

Hello and a big welcome to BE.
Excellent information can be found in the BE Wiki, not forgetting the Living and Moving Abroad forum that will help you, another set of great help is the permanent threads at the TOP of each forum, they are very pertinent to that particular forum and makes sensible reading.
Moderators deal with any problems that arise such as inappropriate posts, spammers etc, you will find their names at the bottom right hand side of each forum's index in bold font.
