Hello and welcome to the forum

I suppose the question is What direction do you want to go in? Maybe the first place to ask some questions is on the Canada section of the forum. You can follow this link below:
Canada - British Expats

I would imagine it is quite difficult t'other way around... Canada to UK as a fiance... but I am no expert on this, so will leave to others to advise.

Hope it all works out

Hi, thanks for the fast welcome
We started off looking into him coming to live in the Uk as i'm a mother of 3 children from my previous relationship. However for me to sponsor him unfortunately i don't meet the financial requirement. So now we are looking to move to Canada, although i know its not going to be easy but there are some areas i need advice on which i will post on the forum from the link you provided, thanks again for your help

Sort of exciting and sort of daunting.

As BB suggests. Get yourself over to the Canada forums to see what is what.

You may also find the Moving Back to the UK forum useful too.

All the best and happy posting to British Expats.
