Hello, I am new on here, I may also be on the wrong thread or page. I am looking for some advice from someone in the know, an opportunity to move to the USA from Scotland A sponsor. What I lack is the steps required from A to b or is that Z? It looks complex with all the visa's Is there a checklist of things to be done, timescales, and such.. Thanks for any help.

So start a thread in the relevant forum, give people as much info as possible - that's particularly important if you're asking about an employer sponsored visa, so tell people your education level, your skills, your job etc, and they'll be happy to help point you in the right direction.

Once you've worked out your visa route and let people know, they'll be happy to help with timescales, steps etc.
