Hi, im going to study in Manly, Sydney, Australia at the end of next year. I know that it seems a long way off but i am taking my small dog with me so i need to prepare for the quarentine etc. I have been informing myself buy reading on the internet etc. But if anyone could give me any advice about long flights with animals, what life is like in Manly and cheap accomodation, can i open a bank account from here before i am actually in the country etc, i would be very greatful!! You can open a bank account with NAB from the UK. No fees.

Lots of people bring out their pets with them so no problems there. You can use the search facility on here to find out more.

I don't know about Manly so it would be best to post another question in the main Australia forum.
