Here is an interesting order where a party in immigration related immigration appears to have been somewhat less than honest and is now trying to cover up.
Of course, US v Korematsu came out in 1944. |

Thanks BTW -- I saw Fred Korematsu speak back in 1984. I was impressed with his admission about why he refused to report for internment. He was 19 years old and he had an Italian-American girlfriend. |

The Korematsu case also involved the Solicitor General being somewhat less than forthcoming in regards to the facts.
