When you tip a person who's only held a door open for you.

When you 'toupee watch' on the local news channels.

When you watch the episode of 'Top Gear' you already saw ten times before and think its fascinating.

When you can barely remember what pate tastes like and consider packing your own bags at the supermarket too much like exercise.

I did this before I got here. Normally over a few beers.

I certainly did. I unashamedly love that show, and thank BBCA's limited schedule for allowing me to watch it nigh on every day

You will love that Roku. You have Amazon Prime by any chance? They work together really well and all the free streaming makes your Prime account well worth that 80 bucks.

I thought that was just in my town!!
The newsreader on our local tv is only in his 30's and he wears a toupee. Even after four years here I still marvel at it and wonder why anyone would think it's better than a bit of baldness.

Yup. Comcasts days are numbered. Err, to "one" I think
Between Amazon Prime and Netflix, we can get all the TV/movies we want, and I'll keep with the laptop for news.

Not sure what your home network setup is, but you might want to look at Plex as well (if you arent already).

It adds some neat functionality to your Roku.

I rarely made soup back home without a sandwich to go with it. Usually out here, I just make the soup and no sandwich
