Probably so, and without ever aiming to do so, if anything I have overcompensated in fitting in - with my truck (one neighbor was surprised to find that it is a stick shift, he thought his was the only one in the neighborhood) and Mustang, my house and patch of woodland, which I periodically attack with a chainsaw and hauling a few logs off to one of the local sawmills, and my "can do" approach most projects around the house and yard (wiring, plumbing, framing, dry-walling, roofing, tiling, hardwood flooring, land drains, among others), I suspect I am viewed as an odd-ball novelty.

How could I? Though personally I find the singular form covers most of my needs.

Sorry I not familiar with that. Is it an NI expression?

You're killing me! No, it's not a NI expression, but it's definitely something you'd only hear in the UK.

When someone troll's this forum and you are convinced it's someone from your facebook friends list after you posted an observation about a certain thread that you thought know one would understand or take notice off.

Water folks. Water. Not vaaader

Now it seems I have no problems at all ordering water.

It's not brewed though. That's the whole point with Nescafe. You don't have to brew it!

Batteries? Batteries? I thought you said bat trees, silly Brit. What the hell is a bat tree? Is it something you store cricket bats on? Pip pip!

Silly person. Everyone knows it's where cricket bats are grown, not stored, on a bat tree! When they're full size, the bat farmers pick them and ship them to the players!

Duh!

You slow down and pull to the side of the road for emergency vehicles travelling in the opposite direction to the one you're traveling.
