Write your own living trust?

Has anyone written their own living trust?

I have a trust that I need to override/cancel by writing a new one. But I'm finding it very expensive to go thru a lawyer.

I found a website (rocket lawyer) that you can fill in the trust and you should be all set for about 40 dollars - but if it's too good to be true...?

I've heard that Legalzoom, the site started by Robert Shapiro, is very good, but have no personal experience of it.

If you remain UK domiciled for UK IHT purposes, settling assets into a US Living Trust could lead to an immediate charge to UK IHT plus 10 yearly anniversary charges.
