Would you rather your Employer paid for your Mortgage or Health care?

Would you rather your Employer paid for your Mortgage or Health care?
Apparently the average Mortgage for the average house is now costing the same as the average Health Insurance subsidy.
So which one would you rather your employer pays.
(The employer would be better of paying the Mortgage, at least thats fixed)

Considering our mortgage will be paid up by the end of 2008, I'd get them to pay my health insurance and then have every f**king ailment known to mankind.

Mortgages are not necessarily fixed. The old fashioned mortgage is fixed but ARM (adjustable rate mortgages) have been gaining popularity in the US.

er... mortage. then i can save more to fly to england first class to have any treatment.. visit dentists.. get wifeys birth control and chaper contacts etc etc
