Re: would you leave
Well I divorced mine so I guess that does not count!
Having said that unless god forbid I ever get kicked out ..Hell NO I would not leave, this is my home and I have everything here in the US the UK is nice to visit but I always want to come back.
I have settled now and am proud to live here, I get a bit nostalgic on Birthdays and Holidays but that soon pass's.

Regarding Poppy Girl's comment about being divorced, I know that if children are involved it can be an absolute nightmare.
I know of one English mother living here in NJ who is getting a divorce due to her (American) husband's adultery and now flaunting his new girlfriend. However, they have 3 children all born in the US.
The poor woman would love to go straight back to the UK where she has family support.....but she can't take the kids with her (her spouse won't let her move to another State let alone across the Atlantic) and is stuck here for many more years.

Re: would you leave
It's very sad and heartbreaking - but all too common.
Which is why I would urge bi-national couples not to have kids until they are both absolutely sure - and in agreement - as to where they want to live.
BTW - anyone heard from Partystar? She was lucky her OH was so cooperative!
