Question Would the INS have to know about this?

I have a question & it might be a silly question but I just thought I would ask. I got a application in the mail not to long ago for a loan thru my one credit card. I decided to fill it out & see if I would get it. It is a 3,000 dollar loan & thought this would help out a bit with my future trips to Canada. Well I will be making 2 if I get this loan otherwise if I dont will just be going once. Anyway I wont have a problem making the monthly payment to pay it back. What I would like to know is does the INS have to know about this??? Like I said this might be a real silly question but I rather be safe then sorry down the road.

Thanks

PEACHSTER - you ever gonna get out of NSC?

INS don't give a rip about debt load unless it is on an asset that you are using for the I-134 like your mortgage. The only thing that matters is income level. And, they probably won't even look at that. The decision on the card should have nothing to do with INS.

Let me know when the NOA2 shows. OK?

INS would not know and they do not care.

Since American institutions are benefiting from your lucrative interest payments, INS
is not even looking at it.
