Working in the USA on a K-1
Hello every one,
I am about to file my application forms for a K-1 visa here in London , the forms seem straight forward enough and we have all bases covered. But i have one question for you all to ponder,When i eventually get my visa stamped on my passport will they also stamp it with a work permit? My brother went to live in dallas the same way as i am and he said they did when he got his but that was 12 years ago,has anything changed? many thanx mickyboy |

I think you can ask for a EAD stamp for your passport that will allow you to work
when you get here. otherwise you have to apply for a green card after you get here and that takes a while to get.
