unlikely to have the neccesary funds ..
For a work visa H1B..you really need more experience
in you chosen profession .. But this would entail a job
offer from a US business first ..
If you present employer is an International business
they may be able to tranfer you ..
If you wish to upgrade your degree their is a possibility of
going to a US university ..need big money though ..not cheap ..
Best bet ..marry a US citizen ..

It would have to be...but anyway, won't have much chance of an H1 without much experience because of the cost involved in getting the visa, as Ray mentioned, best bet, work for a company that has a US branch and request a transfer, but again, unless you've niche skills or are management, they aren't likely to bother because of the cost.

2.) Stop using U and R for You and Are- unless u r 13...which is what it seems.
3.) Try spell check... it usually works very well

work in the U.S.
Exactly.
And then wait 31 months before you are offered your first full-time job.
My UKC husband, who works in IT, has JUST NOW found a full-time job. He starts June 11. I can't BEGIN to tell everyone how much stress that takes off my shoulders.
He had been working part-time since Jul 2005 - and it took him 9 months to get THAT.
Good luck to you should you decide to come over.
