Work for Builders in USA

Hi Everyone

I'm sure this question has been asked a zillion times before, but I can't find any mention on here, so here goes.

My brother in law runs a small building outfit in the UK and would like to emigrate to the USA. There is no way he can get a visa to work other than Sponsorship. We hear numerous stories of builing workers from the UK going over to say Florida and working for builders for a year or 2 (I assume illeagally) and then gaining sponsorship and a Green Card and eventually moving their family out there. Is this true or possible?
Also where would be the best place for a builder to head for - I assume Florida as there seems to be a lot of Building work going on there.

Easy, but I'm afraid he's going to have to take a holiday of 6 - 8 weeks to find out stuff (on his own) to get the ball rolling. After that it's easy.
Think 'outside the box'

Better think carefully before you do something illeagal. The penalties are harsh if you are caught, a lifetime ban from the US is not out of the question.
