Withdrawal of Application
 

Hi Guys! My first post here!
I have a lot of questions because I am a USC and I filed my I-130 for both my parents. Today I will ask just one question and hope for some help! My dad visited me twice in the US. first visa for 6 months, second was not allowed to enter, INS thought he may work, so they offered him to sign I-275 and stamped his passport with "Application Withdrawn". My question is are there any negative consequences for a person who is filing for immigrant visa? Some kind of ban or a fine? Thanks for your help, I appreciate it.
