Can I ask if it's for Skype? If so I use This both UK and US side and it's fantastic :)

Or you could search Plantronics on Google. That is what I use when talking to the UK using my computer.

Yea we have the linksys wireless skype phone. Its just like a cell phone that allows you to access you skype contacts etc as well as place the calls via skye. Quality is indisinguishable from any other phone service.
