Got 20 to 25 years to go and about that much time to make up our minds.
As several have said, kids are a prime concern, esp. if they have lived their lives here. Thats why I'm going to spend the next 10 years familiarizing mine with England by making more trips over. I suppose by going over once a year, you will tend to stay more in touch with what it will take to retire there if you make that choice eventually.
