I have just come back from an overnight break and thought I'd catch up with the group.
Whow... I saw how much interest this topic has created so decided to jump straight to the last page and post. I'm sure when I go back and read it all, there will be tons of informative quality information, peppered with a few witty comments.
I wonder if any one has fired up any controversy whilst I've been gone.. Boy, I hope so
