Will previous J-1 visa affect process
I had a J-1 in 2000 + 2001,
i'm now here again (came in on a I-94) and have overstayed, and am married to a USC. On my I-485, there is a question about my J-1 and if i have been past the 2 year period. Does this affect me? Do i tick Yes or no? What's it mean Thanks Also should i apply for my replacement I-94 before i file I-130/485 or at the same time. James |

We got the no objection letter for the foriegn government in only about a month and it's sitting in DOS for "review" - whatever that means. We plan on waiting for the waiver to submit the I-485, which hopefully, will be soon. |
