Default Will "arrest" come up in AOS interview, if so...

what kind of stuff should I bring along?

I entered the US on a B1/2 visa from Australia. On the application I ticked the "prior arrest" etc box. This led to a month delay in my visa application and I had to provide a 10 year police clearance certificate. This "record" came up with nothing on it. I detailed the "arrest" (relating to trespass for a student greenie protest in Australia in 1990) and statement of the fine paid ($150). Visa was granted.

No-where in the AOS process as this come up, yet.

Is it likely to be something that is discussed in the AOS interview next month *(Aug 22?). If so, what should I expect to provide.

It is possible that it will come up. Do have documents ready that prove how the case
was disposed of. It probably won't be a big deal (unless the maximum sentence for
this act is more than one year).
