Default why Saddam appeared before Iraqi court

I don’t know exactly but I think that there are no many people who think
why Saddam appeared before Iraqi court. Well as I know if to Saddam
criminate the felony against humanity as Miloshevich that International
Tribunal in Haage must judge Saddam but no Iraqi court. But Americans
don’t want send him here flatly. Does they afraid that Hussein’ lawyer
will show documents about chemical weapons supply by US as he promised
which used against Kurds on the North Iraq, really? But the case can be
more serious. I think that some old information when USA was interested
in Homeiny regime overthrow helped Iraq by chemical weapons. Ha,
Americans will be turn from accusers into accessory Saddam’s flatly if
International Tribunal will be view this case!
