im not saying an id card will guarantee your innocence but its hardly going to prove you are guilty either.

Just seems like a whole lot of fuss over something that really doesnt matter much.

Most of europe has been carrying ID cards for years without issue. The french seem to have no problem with it and they have a problem with everything!

A ID Card has nothing to do with guilt or innocence. It is about identity.

Who you are and where you live as well as perhaps a fingerprint. In the future DNA also.

This has nothing to do with civil rights but if it does it is my civil right to be protected by the Government and one way is for the public to be accountable and identifiable.

Where do I get my card?
