Whom do I have to tell before I move to the US permanently?

Hi, with my permanent move to the US imminent its crossed my mind, do I have to notify the UK government or anyone else for that matter that I will be leaving the country shortly? Or do they already know ?

The P85 form for HMRC and setting up voluntary National Insurance contributions or continuing to collect your pension are perhaps the biggest items.
