It's not that bad I guess, I only ever went there for either work or football. Preston is a depressing sight walking out of Deepdale after demoralising 1-0 defeat.

Yes, in '78-80. Vogelweh/Kaaiserslautern was (is?) the largest community of Americans outside the US they told us- over 100,000 at that time.
